Seeds for fall planting

Ordered some seeds for starts for fall: chioggia beets, celery dorato gigante, cima di rapa quarantina (broccoli rabe), valeriana d'olanda (mâché). All from a site Seeds from Italy (www.growitalian.com). I'm especially excited about the celery as it's supposed to be a whole different tasting experience from store-bought celery.
